Laurence founded Mediatree in 1998 and was CEO of the business for close to 15 years, building it into an established international investor communication consultancy. Today she is a Director on the Board a shareholder and is involved on special projects, as well as the Mediatree Thinktank.
Before starting the company, Laurence worked in Equity Capital Markets in New York and London for almost a decade on deal-related situations. Today Laurence advises major corporates and high-profile individuals on their narrative and positioning.
Laurence holds a double BA from Brown University (Political Science and Classics) and a Masters in International Finance from SciencesPo Paris. She was elected to the World Economic Forum in Davos as a Young Global Leader in 2003. She was also semi-finalist of the 2001 Times- and EY-sponsored Entrepreneur of the Year award in London. Laurence is an accredited ICF Coach (PCC) and a Coach Supervisor from the world-recognised CSA (Coach Supervision Academy).
She speaks English, French fluently and knows German. She is passionate about the West Country.
Founder & Non-Executive Director
Fallon Painter is the CEO, a Director on the Board and a shareholder of Mediatree. She joined the company in 2011 and has been involved in, or led, a high number of successful IPO roadshows.
Fallon has an entrepreneurial background and believes in a hands-on approach. At the age of nineteen, she co-founded her first company specialising in fashion for businesswomen. After selling this business she joined the presidential office of a strategic marketing consultancy based in Madrid, and was involved in setting up the Private Equity division internationally.
Today Fallon leads the company with a focus on the company’s growth and, importantly, on fostering its distinctive culture.
Her determination in transforming the industry towards a more sustainable and environmental conscious model drove her to create GreenerRoadshows™ in 2016. Fallon´s vision is to create a service offering that contributes to the decarbonisation of Investor Relations activities.
Fallon Painter Delgado-Ureña
Tyrone is the Financial Controller of Mediatree based in the London office. He has over 14 years’ experience in finance, working with a number of professional service firms. As such, he brings rigour and process in the project budget management process and ensures reconciliations are done for our clients speedily, with detail and transparency.
He instils a culture of accuracy and accountability across the departments that distinguishes the Mediatree service and helps us deliver our projects within the pre-agreed budgets. Our reputation for keeping complex events on time and on budget rests on this.
Tyrone has extensive experience in treasury, operations and financial reporting and accounting, to include: financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and general management of the finance function.
Being a constituent of Mediatree’s finance function, Tyrone works across a variety of projects as Financial Controller, including Initial Public Offering roadshows, Capital Market Days and Annual General Meetings.
Tyrone has a keen interest in motorsport and aviation, and holds a Private Pilot’s Licence.
Head of Finance & Operations
Matt is the Production Director for Mediatree. He joined in 2004 and has been involved in managing Mediatree’s complex and concurrent production schedules, overlapping countries and time zones simultaneously without a hitch for decades.
Matt oversees all technical aspects of the Mediatree events from conception and pre-production, set/stage design and branded collateral production, technical equipment specification to onsite management and post-production. He works with a large array of trusted local AV partners across the globe to specify the required technology to make the event work.
With more than twenty years’ experience in the financial roadshow industry, Matt has a wealth of experience in conceiving high-end and investor-appropriate events for many companies of all nationalities and sizes. He ensures the standards, integrity of the image, values and brand of our clients are implemented wherever their events are held in the world
When not working Matt is a keen cyclist, having followed stages of the Tour de France in the Pyrenees. He is also a keen walker, reader & scooterist.
Elena joined Mediatree in 2015 and quickly developed experience across the Logistics and Account Management departments. In her role as Head of Sales and Marketing, she oversees and manages projects such as IPO events (analyst days, early looks, roadshows), M&A announcements and other investor communication events. Although she works on projects across Europe, Elena has a special focus on the Italian and Russian markets.
During her time at Mediatree, Elena has successfully executed some of the notable projects the team has been responsible for in the past two years and has gained support and appreciation from corporates and the ECM banking community alike.
Prior to joining Mediatree, she worked for Italian governmental institutions in Russia. In her role as a Press and Communications Officer she developed Italian governmental communications and managed effective coverage amongst the Russian press. In addition, Elena has 3 years’ experience in events management and organisation from previous roles.
Elena is fluent in Italian, English and Russian and holds a BA in Languages and MA in Translation and Interpreting Studies.
Elena Di Bisceglie
Head of Sales and Marketing
Andrea joined Mediatree in January 2018 as a Logistics Manager. As part of the Logistics team, she oversees and puts in place the logistics for financial roadshows and corporate events in Europe, US and Asia, including travel arrangements, accommodation, venues, catering and furniture as well as generating and managing complex roadshow schedules.
Andrea works across all Mediatree’s projects and territories although with a particular focus on Spanish, Italian and LATAM clients.
Andrea has over 5 years’ experience working in communications and events both agency-side, in-house corporate (financial/banking) and across the not-for-profit sector.
She is also a member of the Mediatree CSR committee which, in partnership with the charity Cool Earth, is working towards facilitating greener and more sustainable roadshows.
Head of Logistics
Tom is a Business Development Manager at Mediatree and joined the company in 2017 having gained experience in asset management and corporate finance in France and the UK. He covers a wide range of industries and geographies, specialising in the UK, Spanish and French markets.
Day-to-day, Tom manages a broad range of projects, and is notably involved in crafting impactful presentations. He dovetails into deal teams to provide proactive solutions to the specific challenges of deal- and non-deal-related projects, including setting up an IR office in New York for a longstanding client. Tom works with Private Equity firms, as well as directly with companies, banks and several PR advisors to provide high quality solutions to their communications needs.
Tom enjoys the challenge of creating high-impact collateral for reporting and deal-related needs and comes with an acute eye for detail and creativity that add value to his contributions.
He is a keen sportsman, notably surfing and tennis and is keen on the West Country.
Head of Business Development and Innovation
Charlie joined Mediatree in 2006. After 2 years of delivering a multitude of deal and non-deal roadshows across Europe, the US and Asia, he was seconded to Hong Kong to launch the Mediatree APAC operations.
Following a 10-year hiatus working on events ranging from UHNW individuals’ travel, luxury brands events, sporting events as well as financial events, Charlie has returned to the Mediatree fold to lead the Account Management team and focus once more on financial roadshows.
Charlie thrives on the fast-paced environments of roadshows with only one objective in mind, deliver solutions to our clients. His wealth of on-the-road experience and his quick thinking have been instrumental in the delivery of countless roadshows and events over the last 16 years.
Charlie is fluent in French and English with conversational Spanish and is a keen golfer and motorcyclist.
Marcos joined Mediatree in March 2022 as Senior Events Account Manager. In his role, Marcos takes care of our high-profile clients and works hard to deliver successful project management of the most demanding events. He helps with Mediatree’s global clientele focusing on our English speaking, Spanish, and Latin markets.
As a true globetrotter, living and working in different countries and cultures, Marcos learned how to find solutions for every challenge, adapt fast and look for the best outcome in each situation. He brings a wide experience in planning and producing all sorts of events and tries to always combine his passion for events with his passions for music and art. He expresses himself through playing music as a DJ and learning how to produce exciting new material.
Marcos is fluent in Spanish and English. Holds a Bachelor degree in Strategic Marketing & Advertising and a Post Graduate Diploma in Events Management
Senior Account Manager
Anais joined Mediatree in May 2022 as a Senior Account Manager. As part of the Account Management team, Anais is managing a multitude of clients and their events and roadshow projects. She is focusing on the French market while dealing with our global clientele.
Before Mediatree, Anais worked in sales and events in 5-star hotels for 4 years. She gained a broad range of experience in client and event management with companies coming from all around the world.
Anais holds a Masters degree in Strategic Marketing and in her spare time she likes to run, play tennis and discover new countries and cultures!
Senior Account Manager
Daniel works in Mediatree’s Production and Digital teams as a Graphic Designer.
Prior to joining Mediatree in 2018, he developed his experience as a design freelancer working for an extensive client base around the world. His project background has often extended beyond design to consider the practical implementations of management and safety.
He works alongside the Account Management team on a wide range of graphical disciplines including professional PowerPoint presentations, set designs, badges, icons, stickers, invitations and cards.
His cross-industry experience, multi-disciplinary skillset and modern approach to design work mean he is able to bring professional, creative, efficient and innovative design solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
Senior Graphic Designer
Letizia joined Mediatree in August 2019 as a Logistics Manager. As part of the Logistics team, she manages the end to end logistics for financial events and roadshows, including venue searching, flight bookings, ground transfers, catering and accommodation in Europe, US and Asia.
Letizia has worked for over 6 years planning conferences and corporate events from pre-production through to execution. Prior to joining Mediatree, Letizia gained a broad range of experience in project planning and coordination of corporate events across multiple industries (advertising, technology, education – to name a few). She has worked for venues as well as for the corporates themselves as a part of their in-house event teams.
In her free time, she likes to play softball, hiking and discover new countries and cultures and above all, new cuisines!
Caroline joined Mediatree in February 2021 as a Logistics Manager. As part of the Logistics team, she manages the end to end logistics for financial events and roadshows with extensive experience in virtual, hybrid and physical formats. As a French speaker, her main focus is on Mediatree’s French clients including deal and non-deal transactions.
Caroline did a Masters in Tourism Management in Paris before embarking on some freelance work for various event agencies. She spent 2 years working for Booking.com and another 2 years at Smoozy (a London based Events agency) covering their French market before joining Mediatree.
Caroline is an avid traveller, is partial to a period drama (think Downton) and loves nothing more than the combination of a good book and a cup of tea leading us to believe that maybe she is English at heart!
Ignacio has just joined the Mediatree team as Country Manager for Spain for the GreenerRoadshows™ solution.
He is highly experienced in the investment banking world, having worked for different entities covering a high range of products, including M&A, Derivatives, Strategy or Corporate Development. But his key focus during the last years has been the Equity Capital Markets area (i.e. equity offerings, such as IPOs, Rights Issues or ABBs), where he successfully carried out 122 transactions (multiple companies and sectors) raising in total more than €234 Bn., so he is one of the most experienced professionals in ECM throughout Europe.
More recently, Ignacio founded a company called Udugu Financial Services which provides value adding services in capital markets transactions with an emphasis on equity transactions.
His focus with Mediatree is to expand the GreenerRoadshows™ solution so that it is adopted not only during equity transactions, but also debt issuances, corporate -mostly financials- events and any interaction with investors, such as results roadshows.

Ray has been with Mediatree since its inception over 20 years ago and has created a legacy of successful on-the-road implementation that is second to none in our industry. He has played major on-site roles in some of the largest, most successful and longest (3.5 weeks, 4 continents, multiple teams) Financial Roadshows in the company’s history.
Ray’s immense wealth of experience in Project Management and Event Logistics Management around the globe provides our clients the reassurance, that their Financial Roadshow will be in handled with professionalism and care.
Ray has pre-produced and executed events ranging from 10 to 6500 participants globally. Due to his seniority, Ray’s work has brought him to work for and accompany all levels of professionals, including Royalty, Heads of State, Media Personalities, Senior Executives of Multi-National Companies, Sponsors, and Delegates etc.
When not traveling and planning, Ray teaches Aikido (Japanese Martial Art, 5th Dan) and plays Golf with a handicap in single figures.
Senior Account Manager
Sophia Miller is a Senior Logistics manager at Mediatree and has been with the company since 2013.
She specialises in non-deal roadshow logistics for our ongoing clients and also works on a number of high-profile IPOs in the French and Italian markets. Her experience in non-deal roadshows, skill in developing client relationships and fluency in English, Italian and French perfectly position her for this role.
Sophia also has extensive event experience having worked on several Investor Days, AGM’s and group events around the world.
In her spare time, she is an avid ski/snowboarder spending as much time as possible in the Alps.
Senior Logistics Manager
Alex is a Logistics Manager at Mediatree. He has worked with Mediatree since 2005 and his overall industry experience runs back to 2001.
He works on all aspects of the logistical processes that are involved in organising a financial roadshow. He specializes in the on the road logistics role and accompanies the management teams that are travelling on their IPO roadshows
Alex has worked with Executive Management teams from every continent and very quickly gains the trust from the teams when they see that he covers all aspects of the logistical elements that are needed for a successful financial roadshow.
