Mediatree’s passion for sustainability has motivated us to address the unique environmental challenges posed by the Logistics industry for quite some time now. The agency’s responsibilities extend beyond providing investor communication solutions for our clients. We are aware that we have an important role to play in managing our business with key ESG principles that positively impact the community of stakeholders in our chosen industry.
Sadly, a large carbon footprint is an unwanted and environmentally damaging consequence of the work that we do when assisting our clients with their IR efforts. Long haul flights, cars and printing are synonymous with roadshows and as a result we are driven and motivated to take actions that restore the balance our work can upset.
As we transition ourselves towards net zero delivery, we wanted to share with our clients, staff and key stakeholders what our company is accomplishing under the terms of the UN Global Compact and to renew our commitment to addressing the current climate emergency. As such, we are delighted to unveil the inaugural Mediatree Impact Report which we invite you to download and explore in your own time.
There is collective action in the office to live and work with an eco-friendly ethos. Our Mediatrees initiative encourages us all to think before they print for example and our recyclable ‘green cups’ reduce reliance on single-use plastics and coffee cups. A clear recycling regime offers employees a well-monitored system to help uphold our sustainability principles. Our CSR committee is always on the hunt for new ideas to reduce our pollution impact and enhance our long-term positive impact.

What we cannot cut out, we look to offset.
Our drive to offset CO2 emissions helped to guide an appropriate sustainability policy. After careful research and consideration, we created our partnership with Cool Earth, a leading non-profit organisation that works alongside rainforest communities to halt deforestation and climate change.
Cool Earth works alongside indigenous villages and Mediatree’s partnership extends specifically to the Awajún tribe. They seek to conserve and protect trees rather than replace them by working with these communities who are right on the front line of deforestation.
