Media Tree was engaged by the Dubai Financial Markets to coordinate a day-long investor conference in New York in November 2007. The conference was organised in cooperation with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of New York.  The venue for the conference was the prestigious Pierre Hotel on Fifth Avenue. Media Tree successfully developed the agenda, managed the presentation process and organized the logistics, including the on-site registration, catering and support to the sponsors on-site. In two days we managed and coordinated more than 200 meetings and a breakfast, as well as a day-long plenary session for 13 DFM-listed companies and 4 joint sponsors
