Bureau Veritas launched its IPO in October 2007, with stocks pricing at the top of the €32.50 to €37.75 range. The roadshow raised €1.078bn.

The two-week event covered originated in Paris, covered major European financial centres, and also included stops in New York and Boston. Bureau Veritas representatives met with more than 500 investors in meetings ranging from one-on-ones to a lunch for 120 people. The first day featured a press conference. Media Tree coordinated all logistics, working in close collaboration with joint book-runners BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, and Société Générale.
